The causes of occasional constipation can be as diverse as the people who suffer from it. A digestive system that is not functioning properly does not necessarily signal unhealthy habits or lifestyle.
Some common causes of constipation include diet, stress, travel, lack of exercise, or any other changes in your daily routine that can affect your digestive system. Sometimes constipation can be caused by simply by a slower digestive system. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
