Lose 10-20 pounds (7-10% of you body weight)

Walk 30-40 minutes daily

Eat regular meals and snacks

Limit carbohydrates, starch foods, fruit, milk, sugar and many snack foods

Replace regular pop or juice with diet drinks or water

Ask your health care provider about your blood sugar goals
