Keep Winter Illnesses At Bay

Washing your hands frequently is key to fighting germs that can cause winter colds and flu. If you haven’t had a flu shot, don’t wait any longer. And talk to your doctor about whether a shi gled or pneumonia vaccine is right for you. Choose foods high in antioxidants and omega-3s to help reduce the inflammation that is linked to many illnesses.
