To burn more calories, and with your doctor’s permission, introduce more exercise into your routine,
This can be as easy as:
Walking daily
Gardening
Square dancing
Doing water aerobics
Vacuuming
Sweeping
Standing to cook and read the newspaper

If you sit a lot, it’s time to get up and move
