Rub a cut potato or onion on the grates so that food doesn’t stick. or use the onion to help clean the grill.
Form perfectly shaped burgers by pressing the ground meat between two plastic lids. Grill chopped veggies inside a sealed packet made from aluminum foil.
For scrumptious flavor, grill fish on top of lemon, lime or orange slices. Use long cinnamon sticks as skewers for barbecuing pineapple chunks or other fruit.
