There are many different causes of back pain. But you can relieve many types by using a simple position that takes weight off your spine while supporting it, says Art Brownstein, MD, director of Princeville Medical Clinic in Hawaii and author of Healing Back Pain Naturally.
Rapid Remedy: Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and your feet resting up on a chair or a bed. Remain in this position for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat this pose several times a day if needed.
