Keep Your Blood Pressure Steady

People whose systolic (upper) blood pressure varies from one doctor’s visit to the next are more likely to show declines in problem solving ability and word memory over five years. That’s the finding of a study of Chinese adults 55 and older. The swings in pressure may damage brain vessels.
