Lose (or don’t gain) excess weight.
Don’t take hormones (estrogen plus progestin) after menopause
Shoot for 30 to 60 minutes a day of moderate-to-vigorous aerobic exercise
Drink alcoholic beverages only occasionally.
Don’t get a CT scan unless you’re sure that it’s necessary
