Not-So-Sweet News About Diet Sodas!

A new study reveals another reason to “put a lid” on drinking diet sodas; after mice were given artificial sweeteners, the bacteria in their intestines changed the way they broke down carbohydrates, causing them to absorb more calories! More research is needed, but until then try drinking sparkling water with a slice of fruit.
