A diet high in certain fats could up your risk of two types of breast cancer. according to a new decade-long study of more than 337,000 European women. This is the first study to pinpoint a specific association between diet and the cancers linked to estrogen levels gone haywire, which represent up to 60% of breast cancer cases. The researchers advise keeping your saturated fat to a minimum by replacing it with monounsaturated fats (around in foods like olive oil and avocados).

  1. Obesity is on the rise and fast food is much more advertised than ever. Switching to more fruit and veg in your diet is always a good option in my opinion but often it is much easier said than done.
