Eat Whole Grains For Longevity

People who eat more whole-wheat bread and other whole grains may live longer, according to the Harvard School of Public Health.

Researchers found that people who regularly ate whole grains instead of refined were up to 9 percent less likely to die over the course of the 25-year study.

Tip: Make at least half of the grains you eat whole grains.
