Naturally aged (fermented, not processed) cheeses, especially Emmental, a type of Swiss cheese
Fermented tea (called “kombucha”)
Cold fermented cabbage
Fresh, cold sauerkraut
Note: Heating kills bacteria. Cooking, canning and pasteurization destroy the good bacteria. Eat probiotic rich foods COLD.
