Saturated Fat Vs. Unsaturated Fats

Love it: Unsaturated (poly & mono)  Go for oils, salad dressing, mayo, nuts, avocado, fish, etc.

Leave it: Saturated  Limit red meat, cheese, butter, coconut oil, sweets, etc.
