Adults ages 60 and older are gaining weight almost twice as fast as people in midlife. Forty-three percent of older women and 38.5 percent of older men are obese, a 10 percent jump since 2014 according to a recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
For healthy weight loss, talk to your doctor about the kind of eating and exercise plan that’s most appropriate for you.
