Move Down Your Breast Cancer Risk

Walking or cycling about four hours a week may help postmenopausal women lower their risk of breast cancer, according to a study in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention. What’s more, researchers say there’s no need to break a sweat or get your heart pounding, a leisurely stroll will do the trick. The flip side: The benefit seems to vanish soon after you stop the activity, so make movement a habit for a longer life!
