Fatty fish rich in omega 3-fatty acids (omega-3 fats are polyunsaturated fats)

Salmon, herring, Lake trout, Lake Whitefish, mackerel, sardines, albacore tuna, anchovies)

Nuts (especially walnuts, pistachios and almonds)

Peanut Butter, peanuts

Whole grains The germ portion of whole wheat, brown rice and other whole grains contain healthy oils)

Ground flaxseed/flaxseed oil

Avocadoes/guacamole

Extra virgin olive oil

Canola oil

Nut oils and seed oils

All seeds
