Consuming Full-Fat Dairy

Consuming full-fat dairy is associated with lower cardiovascular risk than previously thought.  Eating full-fat cheeses, milk or yogurt does not raise the risk for heart attack or stroke. These dairy products neither help nor harm cardiovascular health.
