Obesity is a major health concern that can increase the risk of many diseases. It can also reduce the quality of life and cause pre-mature death.

Heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, Type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, asthma, and some cancers are more common with obesity

Obesity continues to increase at an alarming rate
