we hear from Jeffrey Drope, PhD. It still is best to quit all nicotine containing products, including e-cigarettes, using FDA-approved smoking-cessation aids (such as nicotine gums and patches) to wean yourself off nicotine addiction.

But e-cigarettes are less harmful than cigarettes, according to the American Cancer’s Society’s review of evidence-and research suggests that e-cigarettes may help some smokers quit all nicotine products.
