Here is a list of foods with 2 or more grams of soluble fiber per serving:

Whole artichokes, one medium (not artichoke hearts)-4.7 grams soluble fiber, the richest source of soluble fiber)  Beans, I/2 cup cooked-kidney, navy, black, soybeans (edamame) pinto, Great Northern, lima and garbanzo beans (chickpeas)  Lentils, 1/2 cup  Sweet potato-1 large, cooked  Navel oranges-3 inch diameter (not Halos or Cuties tangerines)  Pears-3 inch diameter, with skin  Barley-1 cup cooked  Oats-1 cup cooked  Apples-4 inch diameter, with skin  Figs or apricots-3 small  Avocado-1/2 medium  Broccoli or Brussels sprouts-1 cup  cooked  Carrots and parsnips-cup cooked  Lima beans or green peas-1 cup cooked  ground flaxseeds or chia seeds-2 tablespoons  mangos-1 large
