See how long you can stand on one foot with your eyes closed, and work on improving your time. Rise up on your toes 10 times with your eyes open and then 10 more times closed. Balance yourself on one foot for 10 to 15 seconds, then switch legs. Repeat 10 times, then do it again with your eyes closed. Walk in a straight line, placing the heel of one foot in front of the toes of the other foot. CAUTION: When doing these exercises, stand near a wall or some other support.
