March is Save Your Vision Month. When reading or using a computer, look at least 10 feet away for at least 10 seconds every 10 minutes (the 10-10-10 rule).
Feast on foods that may reduce eye disease risk, including almonds and walnuts, broccoli, cold-water fish (salmon, tuna, etc.) and spinach and other leafy greens.
